We’re accepting the final spots for our upcoming 200-hour yoga teacher training program. Joins us for 8-months (October thru May) of community building, personal growth, and so much yoga-inspired fun!
This 200-hr training program runs October 2019 thru May 2020.
October 11-13 Opening weekend! Attend the Rock Your Bliss Immersion Saturday morning and spend Sunday with Mary Beth Larue, renowned yoga instructor and Wanderlust Festival presenter.
November 8-10 Anatomy & Physiology module; work with Matthew Fecteau (LMBT) and Dan Perlmutter, Head of Strength & Conditioning at Duke University, to better understand healthy movement patterns and dynamic movement.
December 6-8 Introduction to Chakra Theory with Devon Pelto; Trauma-informed Yoga with Elena Rodriguez

May 1-3 Final Weekend & Certifications
Saturdays 8am-4pm (75 min lunch break)
Sundays 8am-3:30pm (60 min lunch break)
(Additional self-study & community hours are required outside of the weekend program.)
Tuition Paid in Full: $2800 Tuition Payments: $3000 (deposit + 3 payments of $850)
Deposit: Upon acceptance into the program, a $450 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your spot in the training program
