We are a Yoga-Alliance Registered Yoga School offering a 200-hr Foundational Teacher Training Course since 2019. Our 6-month program focuses on vinyasa yoga, personal growth, and community learning. Program Reviews from recent graduates can be found HERE.

Application Process
2024 Program applications are now CLOSED.
For future trainings, submit the inquiry form below to begin the application process. Once we receive your inquiry, you will be added to our waitlist in which the upcoming program application will be emailed to you once available (Summer 2024). Applications are processed as received.
Practice Requirement
A consistent weekly yoga practice for at least 6 months is required for admission into our 200-hr yoga teacher training program. This program is not suitable for those new to yoga.
Program Calendar
This 200-hr training program runs December 8, 2023 thru June 1, 2024. This training will be conducted primarily in-person with occasional sessions virtually via Zoom.
Program Hours
Training is held one weekend per month on Friday-Sunday, PLUS additional in-studio Friday evening sessions as scheduled below and a few Wednesday evening Zoom sessions (7-10pm). Self-study & program assignments are required outside of the weekend program.
General Program Hours:
Fridays: 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturdays 8:00am-4:00pm (Lunch Break ~12-1pm)
Sundays 8:00am - 12:00pm (NOTE: Sunday, January 14th will be an extended day from 8am-4pm)
Additional Training Dates (all Friday Evenings 5-9pm):

2024 Tuition
Pay in Full: $3,200
Payment Plan: $3,350 (deposit + 5 payments of $570)
Deposit: Upon acceptance into the program, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your spot in the training program.
