About Nichole

Nichole is an NC native who, after relocating for school, found her way back to the Triangle in 2013. She completed her 200hr yoga teacher training at blue lotus yoga & movement arts in 2014 and Integrative Health Coach Professional Training through Duke Integrative Medicine later that year. Currently, Nichole lives in Carrboro and works as a Digital Health Coach for Omada Health. When she’s not on her yoga mat or coaching, you can usually find her cooking in the kitchen, out for a run, or spending time with her family.

walking into Blue Lotus and feeling at home. Over the years, the studio has held space for laughter, tears, growth, and connection. it has been an incredible gift to be a part of such a vibrant community. 

Biggest risk that has paid off…

leaving law school. I listened to my gut despite all the reasons for staying, and I am so thankful I did because it lead me where I am today.

allowing your fear to be stronger than your passion or curiosity.
