About Jenna

Jenna is an NC transplant by way of Cleveland, Ohio. She has been practicing yoga since 2010 and decided to take her practice to the next level by earning her E-RYT 200 in the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Her classes focus on linking breath with thoughtful vinyasa series, hands-on assisting, and the space to get playful with your practice. “My mentality is if you can’t feel confident, strong, supported, and curious on your yoga mat, then where can you? Do the work, make the discoveries, get uncomfortable in this space so you can translate those breakthroughs and mindset into your everyday life. The real practice begins when you start to get uncomfortable, and my classes will provide you with the space to explore.” Jenna also loves cooking, reading, hugging, listening, walking, gardening, exploring, discussing, and learning.
