Power Flow is a challenging, athletic vinyasa sequence that may include core work, balancing poses, inversions and arm balances. Power Flow is a fast-paced flow and well-suited for experienced yogis or adventurous beginners.
New to yoga or looking to deepen your yoga practice? This is a beginner-friendly power yoga class. Expect a basic power vinyasa yoga sequence designed for you to gain a stronger understanding of alignment, along with a focus on linking your movement to the ultimate teacher, your breath.
This is an all-levels class that emphasizes the connection between structure and strength and enhances the body, mind & spirit experience.
SLOW FLOW + RESTORE
The Slow Flow & Restore class is appropriate for beginning or advanced students looking for a mindful practice with a focus on alignment and awareness. The class can be as gentle or advanced as the practitioner chooses, as modifications will be offered throughout. Class will end with longer holds in restorative poses.

ATHLETE RECOVERY FLOW
Join Kathy, a former Div I college athlete and coach, for a 50-minute athletic recovery practice to restore your body and reset your mind. This practice emphasizes mindful breathing, foundations of meditation, and gentle flow with long holds and deep stretches. This class is appropriate for anyone who seeks increased flexibility for body and mind.
A dynamic power flow class that carefully intertwines yoga with full-body sculpting. Props and hand-held weights are used to tone, strengthen and sculpt your body. Focus on body awareness and moving with your breath. You will quiet your mind, strengthen your body and energize your spirit in this challenging class. All levels are welcome!
Diffuse to a mid-level Flow and enjoy thematic tunes each Tuesday eve. The playlist varies each week. Recent themes have included: Reggae Flow; Balance & Broadway; Alt Rock Asana; Beyonce Flow, and Hip Hop Flow.
Start your morning ritual community-style with Sunrise Yoga. This is all-levels class is designed to integrate your breath and movement, wake up your body and stimulate your mind through sun salutations, playful movement, and thoughtful sequencing. Leave energized for the rest of your day.
TRX + STRETCH
A midday full-body workout + stretch! This 50-minute class offers a dynamic warm-up followed by a series of exercises on the TRX Suspension Trainer. The workout will end with a stretch on the TRX and yoga mat.
Join Kathy Smith for a six week after-school Kids Yoga Series for ages 8-11. Participants will be led through playful yoga sequences, learn basic yoga philosophy, practice positive self-talk through mantra creation, and will work in a team setting to discover their inner strength.
